We inform you that when officially issuing tickets for groups of passengers, it is necessary for the list with their data to be approved in ticket offices. Currently, passengers whose data have not been confirmed in ticket offices are not allowed to embark on train trips!

Currently, cases of violation of clause 41 of part 5 of the resolution No.109 of April 13, 2012 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Rules for the carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo by rail transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan" are being checked. This clause states that "when a passenger passes through a turnstile, the inspector must check the presence of a ticket, as well as a document confirming the identity of the passenger, and verify the correctness of the surname in the ticket. If the surname in the document does not match the surname in the ticket or there is no document confirming payment for the trip, as well as no document confirming passage through the turnstile, the passenger has the right not to be allowed on the train".
