A hostel is a means of temporary accommodation, mainly for budget tourism, with rooms or rooms of different sizes and bathrooms outside the rooms or rooms, as well as a separate place for guests to communicate.

Almost every hostel boasts its own amenities:
Wi-Fi, laundry, kitchen where you can cook on your own. As a rule, the kitchen, shower, toilet and recreation areas in such establishments are common to all guests.

To guarantee the safety of personal belongings, a luggage storage service is usually provided.

Decree (https://lex.uz/docs/4930291) of the Cabinet of Ministers dated July 10, 2020 No. 433 “On measures to create favorable conditions for the restoration and development of the tourism sector in the Republic of Uzbekistan” approved the Regulations on the organization of hostels in the Republic of Uzbekistan .

Today, there are 56 hostels in Samarkand.
